Could a guy make a fortune, teaching firearms how to swim?
“homicides went up 44%”
Sounds like Chicago numbers.
My most tragic loss was my Bulgarian AK 74. :-)
Horrors! The senseless slaughter of all those innocent walnut trees.
They’ve been unlawfully saving them for years. A few months back I heard a libtard on radio decrying the fact that they have all these boxed records (from out of business or record system change FFLs) that they didn’t apparently have funding to put in a database...
If you feel it is time to hide your guns, perhaps it is time to use them instead.
Without a doubt my Accuracy International .338 Lapua. You could drive nails with it at 1000 meters. Had to sell it to get out of debt, but my friend bought it from me so I can still squeeze the trigger whenever I want.
Exactly
If it ever comes down to force confiscation of firearms the list from dealers is just one of the things they well use.
Have you ever brought a hunting license have you ever had a CCW lic/permit ever been a member of any gun rights organization, ever post on a internet hunting, pro firearms forum, ever brought ammo or other firearms related items with your credit card.
There are millions of firearms out there where there is no effective paper trailer first of we have the millions of pre 68 with out serial numbers and firearms that were sold before that date.
There are also millions of firearms that have been sold on the open free market that have no useful trail, there are millions of firearms where the owner on the 4473 had died,
There most likely hundreds of thousands of 80 percent ones out there
The best defense against confiscation
Get as many pro firearms people involved in the political process it is better to beat them at the ballot box then fighting them in the streets
Never keep all your weapons in one place buy and sell on the free market.
Make some 80 percent ones learn how to make simple home made firearms
My great-great grandfather’s old Smith & Wesson revolver.
He was a lightskeeper on the TN River and carried it. -
Beautiful. So sad about the boating accident. :o(
Norinco AK-47 that I bought in California when I was stationed in San Diego, before they went nuts. It came with a bayonet, 3 30 round magazines, cleaning kit, and 500 rounds of ammo, for $350. No background check or waiting period back then either.
OMG! I shall have nightmares for at least a month.
Here in California, all my handguns are registered, lists of records are kept. When the dealer closes shop, those records go to the BATF. They lied to us that there is no registration. There IS registration.
In fact, here in California when a governor banned SKSs that have removable magazines, they went confiscating them.
So maybe in your state they don’t know who owns what but here in California, the government knows exactly everything I ever bought or sold. Exactly. I am sure any cop could access the entire list at a traffic stop with the right call.
I came here from the very sad My Dog Is Dying thread, which i barely survived reading.
Gawsh, those pics you just posted of the “gun-fire” bonfire are sad.
Thanks. You just put me over the top. (grabbing for tissues again...)
Exactly! When the time comes to be concerned the time has arrived to use the Second Amendment as intended. We are just about there.
One of my favorites is my dear departed Dad’s 5 digit AR15 with no forward assist. The recoil of a BB gun and as accurate as any weapon I have ever seen. I tried using it early oh for high power rifle competition but it took me weeks to figure out why it shot 6 inches low at slow fire prone. Then it struck me, I was actually bending the barrel with the sling. I actually considered carrying on and just adjusting the sights but then common sense kicked in. I had Lake Engineering build a space gun on a Stainless lower.
Nice. I saw that one while scuba diving the lake. I stacked a pile of rocks near it.
That’s a crime, in and of itself.
Op. Sec.
