The letter in that article is bogus. There was another post yesterday showing a true letter and medical report from Hillary’s doctor. That letter looks like it was typed by someone making it up. I’ll try to find the real link.

No one knows whether the twitter docs are bogus or not. Obviously any internal memos would have a different format than an official letter meant for publication in the NYT.
Some people think they’re bogus, others do not. There is no definitive proof either way. Yet. Hopefully there will be eventually.
