I’ve stated here before, as a medical I.T. specialist - I don’t know of any EMR that prints a page like that. It seems that letterhead was loaded, and word was fired up.

Doctors don’t operate like that. An EMR printed page would look like a utility bill.

Patient info is printed from the EMR, not from the word processor of a doctor.

The letter appears to be fake to me. But when I google Daniel, Jocelyn or the father (Forgot his name already) I see no article that connects these people to Hillary outside of a link to FR, a link to a loony website that parrots a ridiculous Russian article and then a Snopes article calling it all a vast right-wing conspiracy.

I don’t see how the triathlon runner is in any way connected.

So who leaked the doctor’s note ?
