I would support a law whereby everyone was required to eat porchetta at least once a week.
It tastes good, is a Roman tradition dating back 2000+ years, its good for you - and it would keep the Muslims away. All benefits to society....
I’ve been a vegetarian for almost 45 years. Porchetta looks like a good reason to change. Especially the porchetta sammiches with the fresh, almost-burnt bread. Wow! Like a bacon jelly-roll.
