Judicial Watch has verified that Mexican drug cartels are smuggling foreigners from countries with terrorist links to stash areas in a rural Texas town called Acala.

Acala is two city limit signs between Tornillo and Ft Hancock on Texas 20. It's population is 2 unless you want to count stray dogs.
In 5 yrs I've been through Acala twice a day,5 days a week. This is Mayberry on the border and everybody knows everybody else.
Hudspeth County is where Mexico invaded the US and Arvin West (Sheriff) along with the DPS keep a really close eye on this stretch of the border. (The BP does too but they have both hands tied behind their back.)
I could believe Tornillo or Fabens but Acala? Only if they staked 'em out under a mesquite up in the foothills.
