Exactly, folks are reaching a bit on this one...She’s a 70 year old woman standing on some sort of stool or box... giving her a hand to keep her balance isn’t exactly a huge problem or indication she has one.

The woman is obviously, variously, frail - whatever the exact cause(s). That alone does not make her bad politically (plenty of other stuff does), but physical frailty in a presidential candidate prior to an election is entirely germane to the media reporting all the news of both sides.
