She is probably standing on a box. I am a 62 year old male in much better than average physical condition. I no longer feel as stable as I did when younger. I would want to hold onto something if I was on a small platform.
Full disclosure, I think the Clinton’s are despicable trash. I suspect Hillary is in poor physical condition. I just don’t think this image is indicative of that condition.
Large platform
It was a large platform and she needed help getting up on it. I’m a little younger than her but I get up and on and then off our sailboat 20 times a day. Usually with no hands. I also walk and then crawl all over it if we’re out in the water or I’m working on it. For someone who supposedly does yoga and takes ‘brisk walks’ she’s sure not very nimble.

Once a year I have to climb onto a podium at a public event. I welcome a helping hand - just in case.
