Yes, the variety of images show the small concrete platform to be just high enough for a woman of a certain age wearing heels to need assistance to step onto it...and after she has been lifted/assisted, her handlers do move away from her and let her stand there on her own. But what we have now is the question, who is the man in the mustard suit, he's not secret service, and what is it in that black bag hanging from a strap on his belt? So far we have seen her highness being guided by a flashlight, accompanied by a dark, rotund gentleman carrying what looks like a medicinal 'pen' and now there's a possible instrument of emergency resuscitation - that's not his lunch...

Another day, another mystery. Meanwhile, Trump never coughs, sneezes or even needs to wipe his nose! Healthy living is its own reward...

She's a screeching, stumbling, coughing, twitching and staggering representation of what lying all your life can do to one.

I'll personally always remember her for saying:
