That is alot shorter time than it took for us to get to where we are! It took thousands of years of building a modern culture. In doing so we built skills, talents, attitudes and values conducive to building a modern society. You do not go from an aboriginal society to a modern one in a shorter time. This is about social and cultural evolution and building a foundation from that.. Regardless of the circumstances of how they were brought into this society.It has given them a chance to learn from observation and then taking advantage of the opportunities available to them they can close the gap in a much shorter time than we did or what they would of if left alone in their previous state.
