What would you say about a Pagani?
Ah.. the Pagani.
I have no first hand experience with it, but I do what it’s purpose is. The purpose of that car is to separate the buyer from their cash.
The car runs and drives, and it does “neat” things but it’s not really designed to do those things. It’s designed for investment. The look of the car, the mechanicals and the trim are built with value at the top of the list.
They are physically impossible to fix. Like wrecking a Bugatti Veyron. Another friend of mine owns a high end shop where he worked on one (A famous one) and his interaction with the company went on for months before Bugatti said “Listen. This car isn’t supposed to be fixed. Even if you fix it, Bugatti will deny it’s authenticity because the mere existence of a rebuilt Bugatti ruins our brand.”
