I know where she is.
My point was, the “Twitter office note” isn’t real. I’ve been writing and reading office notes for 40 years, good ones, bad ones, everything in between, and the one on Twitter was not written by a doctor.
Obviously, HRC has some kind of health issue. The Twitter note could well be “fake but accurate”. But fake it is.
I suspect you’re right about that—though I don’t know if the underlying info is accurate or not.
Just saying the purported doctor involved is one and the same and legit. She is neither of a super-exalted position at Mt. Sinai overall, nor a complete nobody from podunk.
As you likely know, a modern PCP is mostly just an aggregator of specialists’ work and diagnoses done to address or probe any actual issues.
Just because it’s not the kind you wrote, what other reasons is it fake?
Obviously it was written for internal record keeping only. IF it is authentic.
IMHO the provenance has yet to be determined.
