The power to regulate is the power to destroy. Congress is just as much to blame as Obama for unconstitutionally creating dozens of alphabet agencies and giving them the power to create regulations with the weight of law. Then they have the gall to act surprised and outraged that a power hungry president like Obama abuses that power.

Requiring these people to pay $2,250 every year will drive many of them out of business or underground. That ain't the half of it. I have a friend in the business. Small one-man operation. Right now he's still at the info gathering stage but he's looking at either a small vacation or retirement - depending on which way the election goes.

The NRA needs to jump in here and fund a class action lawsuit on behalf of gunsmiths against the ATF. First step would be a request for a temporary restraining order preventing implementation of the new rules.
