Paranoia is one symptom.If you know your stoned is one thing but if you don’t have any idea what’s going on you would probably panic which could easily raise your BP.
Yep - no telling what sorts of tocsins they were laced with - arsenic has been used in small quantities to act as 'speed' - and people took the drugs with it knowingly...hope they find whoever provided the "entertainment".
