Is there a DoD weapons vehicle manufacturer in your area?
Did the vehicle have and notable dishes, attached apparatus, ie: LRAD, ADS, MEDUSA?

I didn’t call the police. I was on my way to an appointment. The remarks I’ve received on FR so far makes me realize I did the right thing by NOT calling them.(they would have thought I was nuts too) It does sound crazy, I’m not pulling anyone’s leg. I wished I had the wherewithal to look at the license plate.
