Its their home too. If Texas decides to stay and Alabama secedes, will you be throwing away everything to move there? Look, a state can, if it wants, become independent. I would think a state thus freed from Fedgov would take matters of civil violence into their own hands.

The state still has a police force, a governor, a legislature and all the trappings of a national government IN PLACE second one upon secession.
