Lawyers for Mohamed’s family sent a letter in February to the City of Irving and the Irving Independent School District, where they demanded $15 million in damages for how this entire situation was handled — both at the school and at the Irving Police Department headquarters. They filed a lawsuit in federal court on Monday.

Clock Boy brought his re-manufactured clock to school to show his teacher; the teacher told him it was nice, but to put it away.
He didn't get the attention that he wanted.
Clock Boy went to another class, and while no one paid him any attention, he decided to plug the alarm clock into the school electrical system.
Later, the alarm went off, and he got the attention that he desired.
Now Clock Boy and his family are suing; I recall a selfie-photo of the whole family smiling in their car as they were going to see their lawyer.
Because Clock Boy didn't get the attention that he wanted, he purposely exacerbated the situation; I call that intentional action criminal facilitation and provocation !
The situation is tantamount to the same reasoning why you can't yell " FIRE " in a crowded theater - it creates panic.
Agreed - it is irrelevant to this court action.
The threat, later, by his sister to bomb something that she didn't like .
However, it does show a consistent pattern of manipulative behavior .
She should be charged with making terroristic threats, separately, but the gutless PC-law wimps won’t make the case.

This degenerate family is disgusting. The whole family should have their assets seized and they should be deported/exiled. Someone should beat them all with their da** “clock”.
