A few years back, talking head political consultants on television -- usually Democrats, usually women, often smiling -- started shaking their heads no when their opponents were talking.

Once that would have been thought rude. Now it's common. So why wouldn't they start nodding now when they're giving their own spiel? I think Liz Warren does something like that.
