I’ve watched one too many episodes of
The Mentalist on TV. I thought Red John had made his mark :)

Pretty cool looking though. It’s flowing all the way to the sea, so those videos are quite fascinating too when lava meets the water.

FWIW, this is not the source of lava making it to the sea, but the lava lake in the Halemaumau crater which is in the main Kilaeau caldera. Whew.

The new Pu'u O'o vent to the east is where all the flow is.
