I also heard that there were a number of precincts in Philadelphia in which Romney got zero votes.
Granted these were in largely black areas which normally go overwhelmingly Democrat. But there are always some votes for the Republicans even in strong Democrat areas.
Until 2012 that is, there were always a few scattered votes here and there for a Republican candidate.

Heck it was worse than that in Philly precincts..... Obama got 106% of the vote which means Romney actually got less than zero votes....actually -6%....
