(VANITY)Trump Vs. Hillary Factoids for Debating Lefties

Posted on 07/28/2016 2:28:53 PM PDT by TigerClaws

Thought it might be handy to have a list for those unfortunate moments you may be discussing politics with a Democrat.

1. Hillary voted for the war in Iraq. Trump opposed it. Gave an interview at the time and at the height of war fever he said it was a mistake.

2. Hillary supported the chaos in Lybia, toppling an evil but stable government for ISIS and migration invasion of Europe.

3. Hillary said TPP was the "gold standard" of trade deals. Trump opposes it.

4. Under Bill Clinton three strikes was signed into law. Mass incarceration for non violent crimes took place. Hillary supported it at the time.

5. Hillary talks about equal pay for women. In fact, at her Senate office women were paid less. Trump promoted women including in construction areas at a time it was rare in New York.

Others?

Trump, though portrayed as a rabid Nazi, is actually moderate on most issues. The Dems though hade gone so far out Hillary is viewed as a capitalist sell out. M

I was asked by a staunch liberal who I was voting for. I replied:

If $hillary wins…
-Big companies will stay on the corporate welfare gravy train.
-The stock market will keep going up.
-It will feel more buoyant in in affluent power centers (NYC, DC, Silicon Valley) as more wealth from dispossessed Middle America is concentrated there.
-Cheap labor express will keep going, with continued tight restrictions of labor at the top.
-It will be the most corrupt administration ever

If Trump wins…
-Corporate welfare won’t stop entirely, but will be curtailed
-Stock market will probably go down
-Middle America will benefit at the expense of affluent power centers.
-Cheap labor express will be threatened, if not end entirely.
-It will be hilarious.

So I will benefit personally at the expense of the rest of the country if $hillary wins. I’ll not do as well personally but the country will benefit at my expense if Trump wins.

Trump is the better choice.

If you start off by telling them you identify as a gay black midget, they will probably be more open to your suggested points.

I just noticed something interesting going on with Fox News’ coverage.

Yesterday, they did a story on the fact that pissed off Sanders voters had been coming up to the Fox Newsies and complimenting them for being the only major network to show the protests. They even talked about seeing I-Phones streaming Fox News in the Sanders camp.

Today Fox News is going out of their way to make sure everybody knows that the Sanders faction wasn’t part of the flag burning and violence. They’ve made that very clear 3 times that I’ve seen today.

Fox seems to be courting the Sanders voters. Sanders voters are trying to arrange a demonstration this evening where they have mass resignations from the Democrat party. They are ripe for the picking.

This has interesting potential... if Trump starts to reach out to them, who knows? If he can get even half of them, it’s all over but the fat lady in the blue pantsuit singing her sad, sad song.

Democrats (including mediouts) say call it treasonous for Trump to call for Russians to publish what the Democrats say are personal Hillary communications with no significance to the federal government.

True . . . but then, if Trump appeals to Communists where does that leave us?

Hillary and the ‘rats are forever yapping about their great love of the “middle class’ - but it was the ‘rats who
- waged war on the coal miners as part of their pursuit of the green energy fantasy, costing them, their families and business which depended on them middle class security...
- pledged that everyone’s utility bills would necessarily rise sharply as part of that same fantasy quest, again costing the middle class living expenses to rise...
- forced people into expensive, inefficient, restrictive government controlled medical care, the perpetual wet dream of the left...
- introduced massive government regulation and taxes which so crippled the economy that the Fed was forced to keep interest rates at 0 for eight years to encourage borrowing and spending, sending investment dollars into a stock market bubble which now has all the libs complaining about income inequality - they’ll be no where to be found in a few years when the bubble collapses as rates rise, and all that “wealth” vanishes...
- created a vast housing bubble in the 2000’s through their schemes to give houses to poor people at taxpayer expense, eventuating in the economy collapse of 2008 and just today the announcement that home-ownership in this country is now no higher than it was in 1965 as people who couldn’t afford their homes to begin with back during the bubble continue to lose them.........

Hopefully, in the White House. But you pose a good question, and I have to admit I have no good answer for that.
