I originally thought it might be some sort of anti-seizure med patch. I looked for, but was unable to find, any such med. Doesn’t mean it does not exist, I just couldn’t find anything, in my quick search.
Looks like it. Considering all the coughing she used to do, I think she has health issues. Then there was that concussion.
