I'm thinking more than a few little towns that depend upon tourism might wish to look closely at this article...

Koreans wouldn’t have to rush around the town, they could simply Incheon towards their Seoul incentive

Digging deeper, if you access google maps on .kr you are only allowed a limited amount of zoom in. This keeps any military installations blurry.

Stupid rule since how many North Koreans are going to use a south Korean provider.
