80,000 pound semi looses brakes after driver attempts a panic stop to avoid running down 20 pedestrians on the stretch of I-95 through Richmond earlier today. HAZ MAT teams were dispatched to mop up all the blood and guts scattered on the road surface. Authorities though were dumbfounded about a banner that survived found on the roadway with the letters BLM written on it.
