Thanks. I was referring to the translation being dependent on the context or ‘environment’.

When the rocket is heading for you, Allahu Akbar means one thing.

When the rocket is hitting the enemy, Allahu Akbar means something else.

In all cases the point is to deny responsibility for their actions and dump it all on Allah’s lap.
