My nephew’s wife is 30 and when they were eating out, a waitress said the same about her. “What would your son like to drink.” She is young and cute so shrugged it off and laughed. My nephew looks like he hasn’t gone through puberty yet. He is about 5 ft 5 and can’t grow any facial hair and might weigh 110 lbs.
My husband gets the same about me. I get mistaken for his daughter and the first time it happened, he said that the waiter was just being polite. So we have a deal that I get $100 every time it happens because he was sooooo sure it wouldn’t happen again. I have bagged $500 so far.
And what is the waitresses cut of that? ;^)
