Obama is a stutterer. He covers it up usually with his slow methodical speech, but he’s a stutterer. When he gets excited it comes out.

I don’t think so. I think the stuttering is part of his phony black accent, when he’s trying to sound like a black preacher or a black comic. Of course, he doesn’t have a trace of a black accent when he isn’t faking one.
