They ain’t getting my name at that house at this point.
sorry, I won’t waste my time with the current occupant doing anything worth while.
.GOV ? ?
Trusting soul, are ya ?
It’s not up to the Executive.
Please leave the lame brain petitions to the millennials who think they matter
I find I pretty ridiculous that all these pols are shocked that RBG is political. The Supreme Court has been political since at least the Bork nomination. It’s a joke to pretend otherwise, and just allows Democrat presidents to get their nomination confirmed. Democrats understand this and treat nominations as political battles. Pubs maintain the fiction so they can confirm liberal justices.
The White House (i.e., the Executive Branch) cannot sanction anyone in the Judiciary.
The proper thing to do is what I did yesterday. I wrote a letter to my U.S. Representative quoting the Article III, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution which states: “The Judges, of both the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Office during good Behaviour...”
I reminded my Representative that Justice Ginsburg’s comments violate Canon 5 of the Judicial Code of Ethics which amounts to Bad Behaviour.
I also quoted Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United State which states: “The House of Representatives ... shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”
I concluded by demanding he introduce Articles of Impeachment against Justice Ginsburg.
