Do you have tuna? You might try that. My feral kitty got very sick and my son (former vet tech) said feed him as much tuna as he will eat.

Yaelle, "acute" renal failure is curable. I went through something similar several years ago with my Siamese cat only he had "chronic" renal failure. I found a support group on Yahoo Groups. Many cat owners with real time experience on handling the disease. The moderators are great. You can post about your kitty and get great advice. Give it a look.
