Yep. Here I am in front of a screen, decrying that so many people spend too much time in front of a screen.
LOL! Point taken and understood. However, as long as you are not glued to your screen or living like a shut-in, that’s OK.
While I may spend an hour or two online every day, it does not consume me or my time, nor do I need a phone app to motivate me to go outside and enjoy the world around me. That was the point of my post.
