I think it’s absurd that fast food has credit now.

In my brief stint last year as hardware cashier, it surprised me how many people pay via credit for a tiny 30-c plastic tie. And OTOH how many didn’t know there was no minimum for credit payment at our store.

I never carry cash. That way when I tell the bums that I have no money, I don’t have to lie.

There was a time when you could not use credit cards to purchase food, any food anywhere. That has changed but it has made food more expensive or of reduced quality, depending on how you perceive it. Establishment must pay the credit card fee so they have to incorporate that into their price—or they can use cheaper ingredients.
