And I would love to know why the little girl was already out of the car during the video? so they pull the guy over for a broken tail light, ask for DL, guys goes for DL and says he has a gun, cop reacts, guy still reaching, cop reacts by shooting. When was little girl IN the car and who took her out?

It’s probably a safe assumption the cops took the kid out of the back seat. In regards to the shooting, I don’t think the kid is much of an issue here anyway.
