Bill O'Reilly Seems a Bit Confused Thinking Intent Required to Indict Hillary (Oh Really?)

The negligence thing bothers me even if there were no intent to subvert federal law. If you leave a child in a hot car and that child is harmed, you will be charged with negligence even if the action was unintentional. By minimizing the negligence issue in the Clinton case, Director Comey puts his agency under scrutiny. I am not casting aspersions on Comey's honesty, I believe he is a credible man and I don't believe he would tank an investigation. But the people are owed a more detailed explanation about negligence that put our national security in jeopardy. Finally, it is more than likely that the FBI tipped off President Obama as to what was going to happen today. That's not to say that Director Comey was working with the president in any way, but the bureau knew Mr. Obama was allowing Hillary Clinton to ride on Air Force One to a campaign event in North Carolina. So it is inconceivable that the director of the FBI and Attorney General Loretta Lynch would allow that to happen if Hillary Clinton was going to be charged. Summing up, the FBI says lack of intent to subvert federal law is the reason the agency is not recommending charges against Hillary Clinton. But Director Comey downplayed the negligence issue and that is very troubling."

Are you saying ignorance of the law isn’t an excuse? How can it be? /s

As I reflected on it Comey’s comments on Tuesday, it struck me that he may be more clever than we thought.  His first 15+ minutes are loaded with 30 second sound bites Trump is already making into TV spots. Comey very politely called her everything but a child of God and now it’s ALL OUT THERE from the head of the FBI!

Then by NOT referring it, he has all but the most dedicated Clinton loyalists and brain-dead Democrats (but I again repeat myself) so FURIOUS at the failure to follow through that I believe the election may be an anticlimax — unless Trump steps on his ______________
(insert the name of your favorite body part here) or they STEAL another one.

So, if he DID get “The Word” from obozo to keep Clinton in the race (and my guess is that he did), his presentation was constructed to do as much damage to her while following obama’s order to NOT refer for prosecution, leaving him out of the doghouse. Perhaps some sort of spiteful twofer? We may never know!

Gross negligence is defined as a carelessness which is in reckless disregard for the safety or lives of others, and is so great it appears to be a conscious violation of other people’s rights to safety.

But she took it a step further by knowingly and purposely violating standards and laws to subvert information to and from her subordinates by instructing them in other transmissions.

Under Title 18, 371: If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

And as the offence is of the highest level of nation security, it should draw the maximum penalty of 5 years in prison. She did it on purpose, and needs to be punished.

And Treason is defined as intentionally betraying one’s allegiance by levying war against the government or giving aid or comfort to its enemies. She aided the world in her emails using a “private server,” which can’t exist, and by using her server to send and receive sensitive information to the highest level of security measurement intentionally violating protocol.

Bill O'Reilly is like the kid who came home from school with a gold star. The teacher had asked how many legs an ostrich has and he had said "three" but all the other kids said "four." He looks good only by comparison with the competing programs on MSNBC and CNN.

The other day he had an analysis of the Benghazi affair and seemed utterly puzzled that no military rescue was attempted even though Panetta supposedly ordered it...either he did not realize Obama had to approve it or he was determined to shield Obama from responsibility.

She’s going DOWN to Chinatown, I don’t care what all these corrupt officials and pundits say. I don’t think she’ll make it to the general election.

I think you may be a little too wishing. The libs have way too much money, time, and bodies under the bus not to go the whole way with her. They got Bill elected twice even though he was tied into the illegal blood deal with Canada, Iran-Contra, and later illegally ordered the deal with China for the MRV tracking capacity program that got Loral and Hughes corporations fined internationally.

He was filthy and they protected him. This is one of the GOP’s weakness in they don’t slam the door, they just let it swing open instead.

Bill was filthy, but not as legally or personally as filthy as Hillary.

Of course anything could happen and of course I could be wrong, but I don’t think I am. I think Trump is going to start causing her numbers to go down a lot and at some point, the legal pressure plus her unpopularity that could forecast a big defeat could cause the DNC to decide to prop up Obama for a third term (”Constitution? What Constitution?”).

That’s one of many possible scenarios but one I like. I’d love to see Trump, after shredding Hillary, go after and shred the self-satisfied dictator Obama.

You’re taking into consideration that legitimate poll numbers will suddenly appear in the media who are as filthy as the Clintons, if not more so. She will never lose a poll by more than the margin for error in the media lies. And let’s face it, neither one of the Clintons has displayed any remorse for anything they have done. “Apologies for “whatever” let’s move on,” is their answer to everything and the morons in the press put the apology on page 104, and the let’s move on on the front page. Right out of the liberal playbook.

They won’t be able to get Obama back in as that would crush amendments to the constitution which no one can overrule for their purpose. I think if Clinton is elected, Hussein will get a job still within government, probably UN. But if Trump gets in, Obama will talk right out his back side for the liberal parties. You know, “When I was in there..........” And a lot of facts will be blanked out.

O’Reilly is confused as to the difference between a Falafel and a Loofah.
