Are you saying that the food preparation staff has weak bloody gums and spits saliva with blood on the food, while the customer — also having weak bloody gums — eats the bloody saliva causing the preparation staff’s blood to enter his blood stream through his weak sore open wounded gum?

I again say that McD can hire/fire anyone — in my opinion — for any reason, including but not limited to HIV.
