I suppose. Dayton is a little over an hour from Cinci. I can get from Cleveland to Akron in about 40 minutes. Still I believe the demo between Cleveland and Akron, Cleveland to Sandusky, Cleveland to Youngstown is still a more attractive demo. Much more farm country between Cinci and Dayton if I remember correctly.

Fair enough. But my recollection was that once you get past Brexville, it’s all national parkland until you get to Stow or Fairlawn, all the way from the interstate (77 IIRC) and the big state highway to Stow.
