I know some people will criticize her, but I won’t. She’s working, probably doing a good job, and they startled her because they have nothing better to do with their time.
I worked retail eons ago and understand how difficult it can be some days to be accommodating and smiling for eight to ten hours at a time. Then you get these idiots and the last nerve has been triggered.
They did it because they thought they’d get away with it. Perhaps next time they’ll find a better use of their time.
