If they do not, the FBI will have the credibility of Dan Rather.

Well Loretta Lynch openly declared yesterday she will do what the FBI recommends, but obviously in this administration saying you will do something and then not doing it is perfectly acceptable.

They crossed that bridge with the Olympic Park bombing.

Only a Federal grand jury has the power to indict. The FBI may only present its findings and conclusions to the grand jury.

And the grand jury does not have the power to try the case, even if they do return an indictment. That is left to the authority of the prosecuting attorney, before a Federal court.

The current Attorney General may or may not be the prosecuting attorney, if a Special Counsel or Special Prosecutor is appointed specifically for this proceeding, should she recuse herself.

She might resign. Or she might die. Both are very real possibilities where the Power Couple may be concerned.

Does anybody think they care what people think? Like every other government agency, they could care less what the little people think or have to say.

The FBI most certainly recommend indictment and the DOJ is certain to go along with it.

There is NO RISK and no potential retribution if they do. Obama is out in six months. Trump is certain to win even if Hillary is not charged due to the political firestorm and Dem defections that would cause.

Lynch would find herself in the running for a Supreme Court nomination as would James Comey.

Hell, he might even one day ride the decision into the White House.

The only 3 people in the world who risk a downside are Bill&Hillary, and Obama. And, under a Trump admin they're all in trouble anyway.

Hillary's grand plan to avoid prosecution by getting elected is now pure fantasy and everyone knows it, even her.

United States v. Lee 1882

No man in this country is so high that he is above the law. No
officer of the law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All the
officers of the government, from the highest to the lowest, are
creatures of the law and are bound to obey it.
It is the only supreme power in our system of government, and
every man who by accepting office participates in its functions is only
the more strongly bound to submit to that supremacy, and to observe
the limitations which it imposes upon the exercise of the authority
which it gives.

interesting long read below...

can a President pardon himself?

The FBI indicts no one. Lynch is the Hillabitch’s last line of obstruction ... and kneepad Loretta will do as she is told and obstruct indictment. The democrats ALWAYS run a thoroughly corrupt regime when they seize power. They are not going to relinquish it this time just over people voting. I suspect that when the Reichstag burns this time, the foolish people will be begging Herr Obama to remain in power.

.......much of the focus has been on Hillary passing classified information over an unsecured server......... as bad as that is, there is more to it: These are documents that are not only highly classified, but she took them from the US government. Let's not forget when she left government, she didn't leave a copy. She took it all. So, crimes revolve around taking and holding classified documents.....

ITEM---There is also evidence that Hillary and her aides did not sign the required exit forms upon leaving State....

....which means they could still be getting classified information...info this cabal needs to carry on its lucrative businesses which were organized while they were state employee getting paid by the US taxpayers.

Signing the exit form would have cutoff access to State Dept info......info the Clintons rely on to cash-in.

================================

ITEM Taxpayers should demand to be informed if Huma Abedin, CherylMills, and other Clinton cronies are STILL listed as State Dept employees---perhaps as contractors---and are still receiving classified mail and govt paychecks.

Note Brian Pagliano---Hillary's personal IT---left her employ then surfaced on the public payroll as a State Dept contractor.

======================================

Taxpayers demand to know who else among the Clinton cronies are cashing US govt paychecks It's an old bureaucratic trick for a politician to hand-pick people and put them on the public payroll long after you think they're gone......perhaps as State Dept "contractors."

<><> Hillary?

<><> Bill Clinton?

<><> Sid Blumenthal?

<><> Huma Abedin,

<><> Huma's husband...disgraced Cong Anthony Weiner?

<><> Cheryl Mills...?who develops land and businesses in Sub-Sahara Africa?

<><> Cheryl mills' live-in David Domenici?

<><> Chelsea Clinton?

<><> Chelsea's husband....running a hedge fund w/ Goldman Sachs operatives?

========================================

CONTACT CONGRESS HERE: http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

Demand Congress send you all available information on individuals connected to Hillary still cashing US govt paychecks. In light of the $6 billion missing from the contractor fund when Hillary exited.

Taxpayers demand to know who Hillary listed as a State Dept contractor.

Trump’s astute advisers believe Hillary has these major vulnerabilities:

<><> alleged “epic corruption of the Clinton Foundation”

<><> exorbitant speaking fees, more like “payoffs and bribes”;

<><> Hillary's shady tenure at the State Department ($6 billion went missing under her watch);

<><> lingering questions about the 2012 attacks in Benghazi;

<><> Hillary's insistence on the use of a private email server that undermined US ntl security;

<><> the nexus between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation (NOTE: the FBI says "selling access" was a major activity);

<><> Hillary's efforts to “discredit and intimidate” women involved with her husband.
