Regarding intent, I think it is beyond question that she intended to avoid both scrutiny and record retention.

I agree that obama will pardon hilllary IF she is indicted, rules and laws are made for peons like us , not for royalty, (in their minds) like them. The only time we are worth anything is when it comes to voting them BACK INTO OFFICE.

People in high places, including Judge Jeannie, have agreed that she will never be indicted. When is the last time a Clinton got in trouble for their crimes? And I recall during impeachment when the perjurer gave his State of the Union speech that was full of total bull$shit and afterwards Trent Lott declared impeachment was over. They were impressed with a bull$shit speech??? I'm disgusted with the whole group of them...the doers and the enablers. I bet most of the GOP is just trying to figure out how they can get away with as much - how can they become mega rich while on the public payroll. And I'm not blaming the FBI - by all reports these people are livid at what's going on. It's the uniparty party that controls the power and decides who is to big to jail.
