This was never a “Twilight Zone” episode because nobody, in their wildest dreams, could ever make this insanity up.
The nearest to a Twilight Zone episode was when the old man and woman went to a rejuvenation clinic which placed the “soul” of the old man in a young man’s body. Only enough money for one transfer, the old man then took his old body back to be with his elderly wife.
No perversion at all in that episode.
