I'm surprised over the verdict and sentence.

Wasn't there at least one juror who knows black lives matter and that the perp started turning his life around by taking up rap?

Don’t take a breath, he is going to appeal which will mean that he will get another crack at a light sentence. By then it will be only a dim memory to the public and may not get any media attention. The judge may have been putting on his righteous act for the cameras to keep the fool Democrat voters from really looking at the system. This b@st@ard only made the news because the crime was on camera, it happened in the woman’s own home, the victim was a woman so obviously it wasn’t a “fair fight” and there was a terrified little girl covering her face with a pillow. The victims were thoroughly sympathetic and the attacker had absolutely no wiggle room for excuses. If Trayvon Martin had lived he would probably be doing crimes likes this as his life time career. At the age of 17 he was already photographed with a gun in his hands. What did that foretell?

Nine blacks and three whites on the jury. Several black women recognized the assailant when they saw the video on TV and called the police to identify him.

People did the right thing here, so it’s not the time to be snarky.
