Windows 10 started downloading itself without me clicking on anything.

I noticed it when it was about 32% done.

I decided to let it go to see if I liked it. I didn't.

When I went to restore Windows 7, my computer crashed and I lost everything.

I had a friend re-install Windows 7 but I had to repurchase some software downloads because he couldn't restore those.

He also installed a "Never 10" program.

Well I had been on Linux for about 10 years, on my home computer.

I have a new PC I am using now, it is Windows 10 and I am quite happy with it.

Always have multiple backups of any data (or installed programs) you deem to be essential.

You can never have too many backups. :)

“Never 10” works. It stopped Win-10 from trying to access my 3 machines.
