Their ideology is dead if the EU fails ... They have nothing to lose. They have to do this. The powers that be don’t care about the eventual war that will break out if this rumored decision is in fact true. Non-elites are cannonfodder for these despicable, evil pieces of human garbage.
If they let the EU fall apart, the ruling class liberals are worthless over there and they know it. They’ll be out of work and needs something new to exploit in order to live a lavish lifestyle using other people’s hard work. As a result, they’ll issue their ultimatums, attempt to take what they can by force, and kill millions if they have to.
Socialists are great at stacking up massive piles of bodies “for the common good” (of the ruling elites) you know. They’ve been out of practice recently and are probably sick of limiting their murder to defenseless fetuses.
