Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton threw up a hand symbol after Sen. Elizabeth Warren chanted her name to rally Democratic voters in Ohio today.
“Here’s what it boils down to,” Warren said. “Hillary has brains, she has guts, she has thick skin and steady hands, but most of all, she has a good heart and that’s what America needs, and that’s why I’m with her.
Clinton stood behind a teleprompter and applauded Warren’s speech while smiling and nodding in approval.
As the crowd cheered, Warren shouted, “Are you with her? Are you with her?” before punching the sky and chanting “Hillary! Hillary! Hillary!”
Clinton responded to the crowd’s excitement by throwing a hand symbol, as her crowd of supporters laughed.

During Carter's Inauguration, my future wife went down to Pennsylvania Avenue with her classmates to watch the procession from the Capitol to the White House. As Carter approached the group from "Gally", he recognized them as students (I'm guessing some had posters announcing that fact). Carter immediately flashed the "ILY" sign with both hands (the one I posted above).
Mondale was behind Carter a bit, and saw what he was doing. He wanted to mimic the gesture - except he forgot to stick the thumb out, leaving the pinkie and index finger up.
My future wife and her classmates broke out laughing! That's the sign for BS.

I hope to hell she does choose Warren. Two old white women will really turn off a lot of people. I would bet a lot of women wouldn’t like to see two old women on the same ticket. Warren adds nothing.
