“I think Hillary would have a “huge” problem with this action!”

I think that a pardon can only be against a court finding. If Hillary doesn’t get indicted and tried there will be no court finding of guilt and thus no possibility of a pardon. If Obama did try to pardon her, what would he issue it for? The treasonous exposure of state secrets? Using her office for personal gain via the Clinton Foundation? Pay for play schemes? The pardon itself would read like an indictment.

Having said that, we can only hope that she loses and the next president goes after her. Of course, it will probably backfire as it always has. The media is what makes the Clintons invulnerable.

Nope....Nixon was pardoned before there was any legal action at all.

I was under the impression that when President Ford pardoned President Nixon, no charges had been filed?

A person can be pardoned by the President for all crimes, past, present and future.
