I realize we all will be our own “Line of Self Defense” but do you think that fellow gun owners will come to our defense if the gun grabbers come to take them away once the shots are fired.Unfortunately I had a tragic boating accident... As for the hypothetical question, it took one cobbled togther one shot pistols for those in France to become much better armed.

I trust them both, but first line of defense that is best is you, and no one else. Not neighbors or police. Situations rarely arise that give you time to call a neighbor and have then respond quickly enough, if at all, and the police are more likely than not to be even longer.
Get more ammo.
