Jerman Neveaux, the suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Deputy David Michel Jr., has been booked with first-degree murder and other charges, authorities said.
Neveaux, 19, was also booked with aggravated assault with a firearm, battery of a police officer and resisting arrest, said Col. John Fortunato, spokesman for the department.

Michel was taken to University Medical Center in New Orleans where he was pronounced dead.

Walking excrement. His lovin grandma already said hes ADHD and couldnt have done it. Theres gonna be a “special” defense.Justice would be to belly shoot him at the scene and have cops surround.him while he bleeds.out. Then throw.his carcass in the nearest dumpster. Thats all these thugs understand. I knew David Michel and I’m sick of the worthless taking out valuable humans.
He is now qualified to be a professor at an Ivy League school.
