As if constantly watching for mountain lions while hiking isnt enough. It’s not fun getting pushed further down the food chain.

The Coyote has very slender legs and even their winter coat is not this heavy....The Wolf’s legs are different from the photo, could be a wolf-dog cross.....read somewhere recently about the “Coywolf” in the east.

Looks like a fat coyote to me. I have seen plenty of both here in Wisconisn.
