Exactly. A Facebook posting denouncing government or criticizing the IRS could conceivably get you on a list. I fear a liberal SCOTUS will find a way to overturn the “bear” part. It’s already part of the narrative. Stephanoplous asked Hillary if she thought the second referred to militias..

The GOP dolts are too weak to introduce and pass a terrorist control bill to combat this nonsense. No PRA game at all.

Collins . . . "We believe that if you are too dangerous to fly on an airplane you are too dangerous to buy a gun,"

I believe is you are too stupid to protect the Constitution, you are too stupid to buy a gun. However, the Constitution does not have exceptions for stupidity or for dangerousness. Without due process, neither the dangerous nor the stupid may be denied their God-given individual rights.

If they’re US persons under the definition of the Fourteenth Amendment, in most states they can.

If they are going to ignore the Bill of Rights, why stop with the Second Amendment?

Barring blacks from owning guns would take gun violence in America to almost zero and would decrease the homicide rate by 2/3.

“Barring blacks from owning guns would take gun violence in America to almost zero and would decrease the homicide rate by 2/3.”

We are at the lowest homicide level in the U.S. in 51 years.

Black people with criminal records are already barred from legally owning guns.

Criminals do not obey the law, so it would accomplish zero.

I noticed that form 4473 doesn’t ask any questions about pledging allegiance to foreign organizations, associating with groups or members of groups that have been designated as terrorist organizations, associating with enemies of the United States, holding political or religious beliefs that endorse the physical harm of American citizens, etc...

Lying on form 4473 is a felony. Wouldn’t adding these questions to the form make it illegal for terrorists to buy a gun?

I live in Illinois. Everyday I’m amazed at the blatant trampling of 2nd Amendment rights..

There have been several tens of hundreds of “compromise gun control bills.”

Not a single one of them ever affected anything at all.
