If you want to buy a gun owned as commercial stock by a licensed firearms dealer, Federal Law requires him to fill out a Form 4473 and run a NICS background check on you befor exchanging money for gun. End of story.
Both of these conditions apply at gun shows, parking lots, dealer showrooms, etc.

Basically, you are trading your property to a willing buyer.
Now imagine, if you couldn’t OWN property which is what
a socialist state declares, then you would have to get a
government clearance to “sell” your car, your house, your
land, or any transaction, and if it came to it, you might
be ordered to sell, after all it really belongs to the state.
So, what the Grabbers are after is, all firearms would be
owned by the state and subject to any laws and regulations
the state should decree.
NOT, what we signed the Constitution for, and many of us
have taken an oath on that Constitution. It’s up to us
to uphold it.
