I thought the Full Moon on the Summer Solstice WAS the “Strawberry Moon.”

Now I’m all confusticated.

The full moon in June is the Strawberry Moon, it happens every year but seldom on the Summer Solstice. 1948 was the last time the two occurred almost simultaneously. 1967, they occurred within hours of each other. Other years, they’re not on the same date.
