My initial impression is lots of platitudes, but short on details. I have some problems with the immigration and trade portions of the report, which is designed to provide the road map for the GOP platform committee and usurp/preempt Trump's influence on GOP policy. Ryan is an open border, amnesty-supporting RINO who is a tool of the global elite who want cheap labor and could care less about American workers.
These reports are fodder for the policy wonks, but the impact on the average voter is nil. More promises the politicians won't keep.
